Pretty in Pittsfield

This was a super-fun project. This is an elementary school music teacher’s abode. She is one of the happiest people I’ve ever met, but when we started, her home didn’t reflect that sunny personality. We started by updating the basic color of her home, opting for a light grey throughout, and adding lots of fun color and accessories.

Framingham Colonial

This is a project in progress in North Framingham. It is a new-build colonial (1990’s) that needed updating. We called it 50 Shades of Yellow - every shade of yellow paint and a lot of shiny brass fixtures…and not the trendy brass that is trending now! This is a family that likes traditional and a little more formal, but needs functionality as well. I’ll post updates as this project progresses.

Berkshire Retreat

This is a second home (summer) for a busy family with young kids, who also host lots of gatherings. It began as a fixer-upper - it needed all flooring refinished, walls and trim repainted, and a new kitchen. It is still very much a work in progress and I will be sure to post photos as work proceeds! It also serves as a rental, so much of the furniture is meant to be used and isn’t precious. The goal is a relaxed, welcoming home.

Virtual Projects

Many of my services are virtual - a client will come to me with a space that needs a refresh or we are starting from scratch. The final product will be a mood board with ideas for everything from wallcovering/paint, to furniture, accessories, art, and where I’ve sourced everything. Here are a few examples of projects I’ve created virtually. (And yes, I LOVE raffia and grasscloth wallcoverings!)
